I would also suggest Hootsuite (Social Media Management Dashboard - Hootsuite which allows you to manage multiple platforms like Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook all from a Dashboard. It also provides some good Analytical tools. Another good social media management tool is bufferapp.com.
