Social PPC is Restricted But...

Some offers have restricted traffic from social ppc, but I'm wondering if it's ok to using social PPC to a landing page, a site or blog for example, and have the offers presented in articles or banners? Which mean my ads would be about the site instead of the offer.

Would it be violating the rules?

The best thing to do would be to ask your AM mate. I imagine the responses would be different from network to network.
