Wondering if there is a social bookmark 'plugin' for static pages? I know there are several for WP blogs but hoping it doesn't have to be hard coded for xhtml pages.
One of the things you can do...is go to OnlyWire: The Only BookMarklet You'll Ever Need! and sign up. It's a free service that bookmarks a page to 15 different social sites including del.icio.us . You have to work hard once though, because onlywire stores your login info for each of the 15 sites, so you have to sign up for each of them.
But after that, you save a link in your favorites, and each time you update a page...you can bookmark it automatically.
Socialmarker is also a free online program similar to Onlywire. It is semi-automated... It can help you spread a link on 47 of the best social bookmarking sites in under 15 minutes!
Very similar concept, takes a little bit more time but you get a bigger bang because you are being submitted to more sites.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. Please apply for membership using a personalized email prefix. Something like bob@xxxxx.com.
If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
