simple php contact form

i`ve attached a simple ( I can say very simple ) contact form.

If you want to add it to your page , simply copy from "form" to "/form" and paste it where you want it to be.

After , open process.php with a text editor , and you`ll see a line with the following text --your email here-- .

edit that line with your email , but make sure you won`t leave any spaces between the text and the ' ' .
