Should I leave eBay?

I am a certified newbie but as an affiliate network I don't trust eBay one iota
My niche is fashion/clothing and eBay has so many obvious scams and trademark infrigements
If I don't trust it should I send customers there?

eBay has a very high name recognition (for cheap stuff) can you advertise the auctions there --those goods are better quality that most ... If you can advertise the auctions that are current and pump paid traffic --also advertise sold or closed auctions for content and price evaluation purposes --might work out?
