How do I schedule a Facebook post to appear on my Page later?

You can schedule a Facebook post update for your business to appear later by adding a date and time before you post it. You can schedule a post up to 6 months in advance in 10-minute intervals.

While using Facebook as your business Page:

1. Type your update on your business Page
2. Click the icon in the lower-left below the update
3. Choose the future year, month, day, hour and minute when you?d like your post to appear
4. Click Schedule

Can I preset my Business Page to automatically share to posts to groups?

You might keep an eye on HootSuite though. I though it would be a feature with that app but not yet - although users have been asking them to add the feature for some time.
