RTX Platform Referrer Domains Question

Ive been testing PPV with RTX Platform recently. I'm new to PPV so don't flame me if this question is stupid haha.

But i'm running a campaign where my landing pages are getting CTR's of around 8%. No conversions so far but the conversion point requires a deposit as its a casino offer.

I'm not too worried about the 0 conversions but i am noticing a lot of hits and Click-through from domains such as tq.yawsa.com, click.adfries.net, filter.brandixel.com. These seem to be traffic manipulation domains or filtering domains.

For example the first 2 domains i mentioned get a CTR of about 22% with the 3rd site getting 10% which seems pretty high to me.

Has anyone experience this or know if these domains are trash aka bots?

P.S im only doing keyword targeting at the moment and going pretty broad

Usually, these are only placeholders for you to be able to identify the placement, but not exactly which placement it is (so you won't be able to go on your own and do any direct deals with the website owner). As for the difference in CTR, different categories will perform better or worse on some campaign types, or there could be more bot traffic on one compared to the other.

Thanks guys. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't all bot traffic as it seemed a bit odd that's where the CTR traffic was coming from.
