Rental By owner-5 to 8% of nightly rate !!!

Our goal is to offer the traveler his own kitchen and living room while traveling anywhere in the world. Having your own kitchen allows you to save money when necessary and having your own living room adds the pleasure of being able to entertain friends even when traveling. We work with management companies worldwide and offer them to showcase their properties and become their booking agent (our booking engine is fully automated). Our site offers is the only one that offers a search "by map" which means that if you want to stay close to a conference or a meeting you have the option of searching by satellite or by map and zoom in to street level.
Right now we showcase 4000 short term rentals but by mid-July that number should be close to 8500 and we intend to keep adding properties in the future.
WHAT WE OFFER is 5% of the nightly net rate (we don't commission taxes and additional fees) on any property and on any booking.
INCENTIVES: If the affiliate reaches $5,000 IN BOOKINGS on any given month the rate goes up to 6% after $7,500 the rate goes to 7% and after $10,000 to 8%
