Suggestion REMOVE PREFIX PRIVILEGE TO ALL

Hi K / Admins,

I Apologise for capitalizing this post header first.

It has been so irritating that every alternate posts gets a prefix "Ask Me Anything" everywhere, and there are few forumers signing up for the sake of spamming with links.

So kindly disable it for all and enable it either

1. Only Admin
2. DOJO members + Admin.

I agree there needs to be a limit but not limited to just admins, we will do it on post count.
