Question for the PPV guys:

Which is better: an opt-in form right in the pop-up or a simple pop-up that sends them to an opt-in page?

it depends on the offer and how you sell them, in my opinion I don't see any much different.
but I get better result for pre sale them when I work on offer like the "detail lead" or "2nd page submit",

It's really hard to judge who is a winner here. You should test out both ideas and see which one gives you better results.
