got a question as you have a company in Serbia(I am located in Croatia)

When have you decided to open a company for your affiliate business and why?(I guess you have been working as an individual in the beginning)

Also can you tell us what are main advantages of having a company vs working as an individual?

When have you decided to open a company for your affiliate business and why?(I guess you have been working as an individual in the beginning)

I have a very complex corporate structure, many companies, many countries. It is not as easy as 1,2,3. You need to consult with a tax advisor / lawyer to create your own structure. I would only worry about it once you start making 100k plus per year as its quite costly to get consulting and setup a complex structure.

Also can you tell us what are main advantages of having a company vs working as an individual?

Liability protection, asset protection, taxes.
