What segment and niche do you plan to advertise to?
And what type of ad media will you me using?
If you are looking for an apples v. apples comparison that has to be specific.
The actual offers/products make a real difference too.
Good luck but this sort of question has no real basis for a response for anyone other that a representative of that traffic network or a shill account. Another thing is that network traffic patterns can vary a lot with time even if they are in the same GEO.
