I have a energy related website. You can have your own blog, bookmark energy info, forums, can add friends of your interest and share info.
It covers all the features needed for an energy website, now i would like to know some ways to promote the site and how to contact people in energy field.

Why don't you try marketing through videos.Just create a decent video of your niche and then submit to all of the video sites and you will get traffic in no time.
