I don't see why they would not. I believe they use a customized Cake or Hasoffers install. Don't quote me on that but...

Yes, PeerFly does have postback (s2s) tracking. You can place a global postback url on your account here. There's also the option to place a specific postback link on each offer.

I belong to a lot of networks and I have to say Peerfly has the best platform especially the fact you can put your pixel on each offer yourself in your interface! Nobody has it that easy like that.
