PayPal PR Drops by 1

For those of you who drop one or two PR at the last Google update, it may console you a bit to learn that high and mighty sites like PayPal are not immune to it.
PayPal's homepage has gone from PR9 to PR8 at the last PR updates.

That again proves my theory that G makes it tougher to get high PR.

It looks like PR 10 is reserved for google.com

Well, Google created PR so they can just give themselves PR10, won't you
