Old AdWords account coupons?

I saw this on fiverr but I don't think it looks terribly trustworthy: give 60 USD adwords coupon for old accounts - fiverr

Can't vouch for either. Maybe you've already seen these.
According to WF, you are only ever allowed one coupon. I've no idea. I'm going to learn 7Search before I tackle a giant like Adwords.
