Thanks for the welcome guys. My team is part of a larger company which runs a number of extremely profitable consumer sites meaning we have a nice advantage over some in that we are a direct publisher as well as a network.

I have been in the affiliate game about 5 years but very mainstream. Certainly looking to stretch my knowledge further and keep my finger on the pulse of this forever changing market.
