I am new to affiliate marketing and would like to know whats the best way to pay for advertising is AdWords the best?

Nope if you are just starting out I would not do Adwords.

It is just too expensive and if you are not experienced you will waste your money there.

Try other places like Bing or maybe do some tests first with solo ads to figure out your conversions rate. What are you promoting? If you got any questions you can send me a private message and I can help you further.

The reason I suggest free methods to people who are new to affiliate marketing is that if you are not well versed in this game, you will quickly go broke learning conversion and copywriting.

Stay away from paid ads in the beginning. You will lose.
