New Affiliate

Hi Everyone!

i am very glad i found this site.
I run 3 companies now, but my newest company [link removed] is the first company that has required affiliates.

My question to all of you: What are some of the best practices to recruit affiliates?

Our program is a bit different.
We offer internet marketing, but we also need people who are willing to hand out business cards. We supply the cards. An affiliate would hand them out. The cards have an affiliate tracking ID with a unique URL. Is 25% of sales good enough?

Can any one help?
