Well you mean pain points when you work in online marketing ? Or in general ? Of its related to the first point then working from home its a little complicated bacuse you dont have a schedule like in a company and you deal a lot with procrastination ,work hard etc ,sometimes you wame up late ,you are not in a mood to work and many others .
In general its produxtivity ,consistency ,doing your tasks etc

not being focused on goals
doing random things
getting distracted
not having templates
being baited by politics
having too many ideas
spammers
