Need Help with Adwords Analyzer

Hello Everyone. I have owned Adwords Analyzer for several years, and haven't done anything with it until now. I just went to use it, and something is wrong -- it returns "0" in results, "0" in Google Ads, and "0" in Overture ads, for every keyword. It gives the number of searches for each keyword that it generates, but "0" in those other three areas. I can't find any help to figure out what's going wrong. Can anyone help?! Thanks.
