Need help in PowerMTA

Hello all !
this is my first post in this forum, i have read so many interesting threads and i'm willing to contribute soon, but now i'm having an issue with PowerMTA i have installed it in a vps and it doesn't seem working while sending, i get this message :
Connection attempt failed, status = ECONNREFUSED while connecting from [Link of my Server] ([My VPS IP]) to alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com (74.125.25.26)

The Goog may have blocked you.

Run the following from the VPS that's having issues.

telnet alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25

You should get a response similar to this.

Trying 2a00:1450:4013:c01::1a...
Connected to alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 mx.google.com ESMTP 77si28136197wmm.2 - gsmtp
ehlo mail.example.com
250-mx.google.com at your service, [2001:19f0:....]

If not, you'll get the connection refused message.
