Well I encountered this in a network offer page..

Well, without seeing it, I can only guess that it is drilling down to advertisers offers in dating niche sites. It is either that or it's saying where advertising is allowed.

If this is in the offers categories area, then it is just drilling down to categories of offers available.

If you know how to make a screen shot and upload it here, then that will be helpful.

I can't tell which network it is, but it appears to be part of the description section of the offer. It is simply saying where the offer can be found in that network. It isn't an instruction, it is simply showing where the offer can be found in that network.
