I need an application that can give each member of a community a page he/she can customise by adding picture, information and text into. It will prefer a free application.

Yes Zoli, I need to build a site for a club with about 10 members, each member need to have his own page and there may be more members in future.

Temi, you may like this free dolphin script. I checked the admin demo and it seems the frontend can be fully and easily customized.

GKD, that looks like a nice script there. I wonder if this script would on a site where people could add holiday and hotel reviews with pictures?

perhaps try drupal it has member profile customisability.
