Need advise this is my 1st campaign

So this is my 1st campaign launched it under an hour ago and have already had 14 unique clicks 16 raw clicks on through Peerfly and through 7seach 173 impressions no converts. Is it normal to have this many is less than an our after launching a campaign?

15 clicks is very low to measure.
Imagine if you have 50 ml water to do testing with different recipe of creating sauces, can you even notice the changes?
