Need a review about my banner.

Hello just made a banner.Just wanted to know, should I change something?
It will be used for CPM, not CPC.
I will make more banners for testing, but I'm not a pro designer, and can't make the best designs

I find your banner is OK Maybe the contrast of the yellow one with the red letters should be sharper, so that it can be read more quickly.

I agree that you should have a call-to-action such as "Click Here" or "Click to Win".

The colors depend on the color scheme of the site you will place the banner on, but try to use a more eye-catching image. Here is an example:

Since you will be using CPM, you shouldn't care about the quality of the clicks, you should try to get as many clicks as possible. So, make sure that people will notice your banner and then use a strong call-to-action to get the click. Exposing a benfit as you're doing is good, but it won't help if you don't get enough attention. Your banner can't look like just one more banner, because many people are "blind" for ads, so you have to use something that will have a strong impact.
