It is still working very well If you ask me. I was able to run nice amount traffic from Youtube when "Toy Story of Terror" came out and got some nice amount pin submits converted from that niche.
Lot's of affiliates are still using Movie/Entertainment content. I honestly figured that it would have been completely eliminated because of the risks, but I guess it really only weeded out USA affiliates. I see a lot of international people banking with the methods to this day.
