Have you tried OfferVault or Make Massive to see if you can find the offers easily? I know the lead market for mortgages is viable, though this time of the season is extremely slow for that market. Be prepared for March launch of these offers because 50% of mortgages are done between the end of March and the end of June.

I am very familiar with the real estate market as having been a Realtor for many years. Mortgage leads can be very lucrative I'm told. I still do loads of Realtor leads every year, I've been do them for more that eight years now.
