What's the best network to start with for newbies
How much money do I need to test an offer/traffic/landingpage
any thing to set me up for mobile traffic would be appreciated

Go through the free trainings on this site and others. I applied at MaxBounty and was approved. AdWorksMedia and Peerfly followed with approvals all with no experience just going through purchased and free CPA trainings. I know some so called "super affiliates" recommend lying I don't recommend it. Be honest. 100% transparent. It has been my experience that they are more than willing to accept and assist newbies. I know Peerfly provides a tremendous wealth of information on LukePeerfly's blog. My AM at MaxBounty is awesome as well.
