meta tag "revisit-after"

Do any of you use the , meta tag"revisit-after" content="1day"
or something similar , just wondered or do you think it's a complete waist of time.

It's a waste of time, really. Spiders follow links and return on their own schedules, pretty much. Even if a spider obeys that tag, all it would accomplish (possibly) is to reduce the frequency of visits.
