I am relatively new in media buying. Recently I have worked on 3 email submit offers as well as one surveys offers on media buying. I got 200 clicks so far but no conversion. Any suggestion how do I improve my conversion rates.

It can have something to do with the type of offer. I have never done any email submits. I have done extensive media buys for lead generation in the real estate industry. In my experience, the simplest things like copy, color, and even time of day can affect a banners performance. Of course, targeting is huge, just minor adjustments in targeting can make a campaign a disaster or a huge success!
I am using buysellads for buying banner ads some specific websites. Those are costing me a lot. Now I am pretty much concern about my ROI.

If you are trying hands on Main stream trafic [non adult], give try to bing and facebook.
these two sources will change your thinking.
Your CTR and conversion rates will depend on your banners as well as your offer relevancy. Those people are interested in loan offers they don't want to see or click on health offers, do they? So choose your site wisely, make your banners more attractive as well as pick the right product from CPA market.
