Mechanic upgrade membership per month Commission
2-10 30%
11-20 40%
21-30 50%

1. The first month you have referenced 100 mechanics, and 15 mechanics upgrade his/her membership, you will receive 30% commission every month, and if the following month 20 more mechanics upgrade you will now get 40% every month until the mechanic stop paying.
2. The second month you sign up 80 mechanics, and 61 mechanics upgrade their membership to a paid plan you will get 60% for that month. The second month only 40 mechanics paid for the second month you will only get paid 40% commission.
