I'm really sorry, didn't visit this forum for some while so didn't make it. Atleast I have improved my skills a bit, but still need to learn a lot.
Don't have all day to learn designing, mostly focusing on SEO.
Anyway I made a banner, not sure if you like it.
I don't design fulltime, so it's not expensive, still learning to do lot of things.
Also I can't creat some custom cartoons or something like that, as I draw like a 9 years old kid.
