make survey landing page with "instabuilder"

hey guys,
i'm using instabuilder to make my LP but i want to make a survey page other than using "question" tool in it as it only offer radio buttons and i want to use some images as choices instead of simple radio text . is that possible ?!

Check out surveymonkey or typeform. If that's overkill, have a look at tools like formoid. Avoid using wp for lp design. It's slow as fuck.

SurveyMonkey is free, at least for a basic account. I'm not sure about the others that @Martini mentioned but it should be really easy for you to find out, just do a Google search.
