Looking for self managed content locker

I'm using content lockers for couple of years now. Some of the scripts i used: bhcb- blackhatcodebreaker, content locker pro and mighty locker. The problem is today most of the traffic is mobile and i cant find a script that support mobile. I want to put only android offers to android users and only ios offers to iPhone and iPad users. And only desktop offers to desktop users. and also i need geo location of corse. What would be the right tool?

No i didnt. I cant see how to post cpa offers with timer in this plugin.

For timer I think you need to add another plugin or custom PHP code. You can see if it is suitable for you or not:

What about geo location? The cpa offers are unique to each country. And what about seperating mobile and desktop offers

Just find geo targeted plugin but don't find any device detected plugin yet. Will let you know if I find something useful. You may try this:

There are a lot of content locking networks out there you can try, with pretty good tools you can use. A few of them have mobile support, too.

great idea, but how can i combine all 3 plugins? i mean, i need pool of 50 offers or so. can adserver like Xopen do this job?

I don't understand blank referral. Do you want to redirect to another page or offers? There are plenty of WP plugins about redirecting.
