Link Monitoring Software

Hi, can anybody recommend some robust software to keep track of the inbound links I've purchased? Yesterday I downloaded 'Link Checkup' on a free trial basis and spent a couple of hours inputting all the data. This morning I opened it and there was only ONE entry left, all the others have disappeared

I don't mind if it's freeware or paid as long as it works.
