I currently use Amazon Free Tire for S3 and Cloudfront
I have post my page speed test result below

Okay Guys this is my page score:

How can I improve so that I reach below 0.3 sec?

Is it a HTML landing page?

Yeah as @Freddy63 told . need to know if its just a HTML page or a wordpress page .
If its a wordpress page u just need to add a plugin ,
I use W3 total cache u can enable gzip compress , minifing js and css , And lots more so it will so easy

If its just a HTML page
you have to do everything manually like
Enabling gzip compress from .htacess file. optimizing all the image . I use tinypng.com to optimize image .
For minifing css i use CSS Minifier
for minifing js i use JavaScript Minifier
For Minifing Html i use HTML minifier | Minify Code
These are just basic things to have to consider .

However I have a question. Does S3 reads .htacess file? I heard people say they don't
and doing crazy outdated stuff to do the enable gzip compress.
I hope you could tell me how you did your enabling gzipping in detail

As @pablopicasso said, then you have to do it manually. I've a tutorial for Leverage Browser Caching and Enabling Compression. Although I wrote it for WordPress, it should work for HTML sites as well.
