What tools do you recommend to finding keyword since googles keyword planner has gone?

I managed to find it on one of my old google accounts, but on the newer google accounts i cant seem to find it, any buttons in adwords just take you to starting a campaign

You need to start a new account with the google site and when starting it at the beginning there is an option to skip the step by step walk through to access the keyword planner. If you don't you will be stuck in a loop with the campaign option. Once done you will be able to access the planner from now on.
