One of the things that i get asked the most about is the whole 'choosing a niche' thing.

It seems like a lot of people get stuck on choosing their niche and often people make simple mistakes like picking niches that are way too competitive or niches that are hard to make any decent money from.

So I decided to put together a short guide on how to go about finding kick ass niches for your SEO sites...

Forum links work particularly if you do them like this. Of course you want to add other types of links to mix too (especially social) but forums are a super easy way to get your links on niche related sites.

Do you use the usual backlinking methods for these niche sites? Or do you go for more social?

There's been some mixed feedback from people who've had success still doing pretty much the same kinds of backlinking strategy while not so much for others.
