OOOOOOOPS. Webmaster Radio had a production glitch.

James isn't on today, they are airing a replay of the Pepperjam show.

So I guess James will be on next week instead.

Yes, they did have a glitch and ended up playing the show on Monday. It should still be available on the WebmasterRadio.fm website.

In the segment, one of the things we talked about was Outsourcing, a topic near and dear to my heart, thanks to services such as Elance.

Outsourcing is something I highly recommend, and if learned, can literally give any affiliate new or old the ability to reduce and eliminate much of the learning curve associated with the business.

In fact, there is nothing more important, in my opinion, than to learn how to outsource, because if you know how to employ the talents of low cost professionals, there's nothing an affiliate can't do. (and it's never as expensive as most think)

An affiliate can spend weeks or months learning how to write, or they can learn how to outsource to a writer that already knows how to write, and who has probably been writing it for years.

The end result is a higher quality article from the writer (because that's what they do for a profession), plus it frees up us as affiliates to focus on other tasks important to succeeding online.

Linda told me the show would be up in the archives but I haven't
had a chance to listen yet. Maybe today. I'm sure it was a good one!
