Over the Last year or so everytime there is an update of some kind e.g PR, BL all of the Search engine tools go down, normally the last one to go down is

and it has since yesterday, is there an update that someone knows about ?

Searche engines are always moving the goal post, they really do not want auto query as it puts lots of loads on their servers
