Introducing myself

Hello,

My name is Jonas,
I'm a telephone salesman who is converting leads.
Now i want to dig deeper, and i will. I have been looking at lead generation.
I am building my plan and my budget but i am still crawling on the ground trying to imagine myself taking my first steps.

So i have a couple of questions,

1st. I need education about everything regarding marketing, were shall i start?
2nd. What is a VPS? "Virtual private server" is what i found, but another explanation?
3rd. A tracker, a vertical and a traffic source?
4th. I work mon-fri 10-19, i do neither get alot of time or money over. I am writing this currently while calling another lead, what do you think i should focus on regarding my affiliate buisness?
