I have no experience on that site. But I know many CPI networks, some of them get higher conversion rate. For this, it may help app, also will not help app. There are many factors affecting the conversion rate to get installs.

Thank you for your advice, but I am not a developer. I am a just marketer. So there is no option to rank on search engine. My core goal to buy traffic and convert them.
