Index page not in google.

Yesterday there was a post on here from someone who noted that their index page had been dropped from Google.

I was replying to it when my computer crashed

Sadly when I came back I couldn't find the post, I looked but could not find it.

ANYHOW. I have the solution so if anyone can see the post, post a link here and I will anser it.
