IG clicks but no sales

Helleo everyone
I decided to create an IG profile for the make money online niche for a local affiliate program here
It sells an ebook and has a good landing page.

Recently it started to get around 30-50 clicks per day
I was really happy to see this as it was my very first IG account (yeah, I don't even use it it for the intended purpose) and it started to see some traction

The problem is I'm not seeing sales
I post every other day manually, I get a lot of followers (most from similar Pages doing the same thing)

I even got the copy from a great affiliate for another niche. I just kinda adapted to my niche along with pain points etc

What would you recommend for me now? I've been testing some different copies on my own but didn't see any difference

I feei like most of those followers are bot accounts, hence I don't have much comments and interaction

This might be one of the reasons - it is possible that these people followed you because of a follow back option or looking for comments/likes.

You didn't mention - how many hashtags do you use per post and are they relevant to the product? The idea is that that's one way to target potential buyers.
