I Don't Fully Understand Co-registration. Help?

Several of the offers I'm looking at do not allow co-registration. I've never done it so I don't really understand what that is.

If an offer is the first offer that the user sees and it leads to an offer wall, is that okay or would that be considered co-registration?

Or is it when the offer is placed somewhere along the offer path?

I'm ready to take action on some offers but don't want to violate the network terms.

Co-Reg means co-registration, once the user signups for an offer you could pre populate their data for other relevant offers at the same time, free stuff, mags, health pub or whatever is relevant. Check this vid for a co-reg path http://vmediagroup.net/path_vid.mp4
