[FONT="]I'm new to the forum and this post title looked fitting for my issue. I received a "PCN" as well from a company called "Vehicle Control Solutions," I called them and they referred me to www.payanddisplay.co.uk but this website does not explain to me anything I need to know.[/FONT]
They said they do not actually own the car park, they only enforce the charge through something legal they said, it mentions things about Data Protection Act and DVLA and BPA. They said it was completely legal. It sounds like I have no choice but to pay. Anyone have any ideas? I have been to court before over other traffic violations, but parking sounds stupid. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
