How was your pancake day!?

I wrote a post this morning about pancakes - it was quite fun looking through last years posts and seeing how I've improved - quite a lot actually! (although I will concede that last year Rhys you were right with the egg/milk into the flour!

My attempts! Perfect! Its a shame I couldn't eat them though - wheat AND dairy, still my mate enjoyed them!

(I'm glad I cleaned the kitchen! - this is what happens when you dont have the internet - I go cleaning mad! -I'm aware the frying pan is filthy - its not dirt its melted plastic - dont let other people use your frying pans!)


How did your pancake attempts go? I suspect better than mine probably!

Yours look pretty good there xhan.

I did them the day after shrove Tuesday as I didn't have plain flour or any eggs. The kids liked them. I'm not a lover of pancakes though.

I went to sainsburies especially for eggs! (and chocolate spread!) I have FAR too much flour (buy one get one free :S!!)
