How to use PayPal with Bing Ads in all countries.

Most people think that you can't use paypal with bing unless your in the US.

The way around this is you have to create an account in USD then no matter which country you're in you can use paypal

They ask where's the region of the paypal address. and my country is not inside it, how did you over come this?

follow up on this, Bing says it will not work, i'm not about to jeopardize my pay-pal account and bing account for a test, if anyone had seen success let the forum know!
