2. Go to Advertising Page by clicking the link at the bottom of Facebook or going to this link About Advertising on Facebook | Facebook. Click Create an ad then after filling required information, you can add your fund. You can choose both Credit Card or Paypal for your funding source.
3. In your ad management panel, Billing -> Funding Sources > Enter Facebook coupon
